Football

Tonight we took LK to the BYU football game. She loves to go and cheer and yell like her mommy, but she especially likes to watch Cosmo. I've never seen a 2 year old love a mascot as much as she does. It's crazy! And I love it!! 

Books

I went to DI today in search of some books. I was happy with what I found, and so were AK and LK. :)

Mazes

AK and LK wanted to do their alphabet mazes today. I love when they choose to do them, and it's not me suggesting it. They both know the alphabet, so the mazes aren't hard, but they are still good for them as they work on other skills.

Park

The weather has been so crazy lately. Today the weather was wonderful, so we decided to go to the park. AK, LK, and BJS played and played and played. We were there for a good 2 hours.

Sleep

AK had a bad dream last night, and at 2 am he came into my room wanting to get into our bed. I told him he could either sleep on the floor or on the recliner. He chose the recliner. This is him asleep in the chair when I woke up this morning...

BYU football

We went to the BYU football game tonight. Even though it was a late game, we still took AK and LK. My favorite part was every time LK would copy me (during the fight song, cheering, whistling, etc.). She's such a big BYU fan. I love it!! 

Silly Girl

We went to family dinner, and LK was playing with her cousins. She, at one point, had on a couple bracelets, a necklace, a couple purses, and a headband on her head. I was slow, but I did get a picture of her with the headband on. Too cute!

BS turned on his Apple TV, and we had fun laughing at some YouTube videos (the singing goat, head and shoulders with the Pittsburg football players).

BYU football

We went to the BYU football game last night. Even though it was a late game, we still took AK and LK. My favorite part was every time LK would copy me (during the fight song, cheering, whistling, etc.). She's such a big BYY fan. I love it!! 

Goodbye Colorado

We headed home this morning. It was a LONG drive home. We were ready to be out of the car, that is for sure!

Mile High Stadium

This was LK's hair this morning when she woke up... Oh my!!

At the Hotel

PM had to go get his passport, so AK, LK, and I spent a lot of time hanging out at the hotel. Once PM had time, we went swimming, which both kids LOVED! 

Colorado

PM called me around eleven this morning, telling me we might need to drive to Denver. Around noon he called again and said that we needed to drive there today. I packed us up as quickly as I could, and headed to Salt Lake to pick him up and head out. We arrived at our hotel just outside of Denver around 12:30 am. We were TIRED!! 

AK and LK both fell asleep within the first 30 minutes of our drive.

LK was so happy to get into a bed and be able to sleep comfortably (car seat sleeping for more than a short nap is not her thing and she cried off and on as she tried to sleep).

AK and LK shared a bed, which was new and fun for them.

Soccer

PM is playing on a soccer team with some men he works with. He had an early game tonight, so we were able to go watch!

Trampoline

I had an errand to run, and when we got home the weather was so nice that we decided to stay outside. All three kids were excited to jump on the trampoline. They were fun to watch as they jumped and played games. 

Together

After arriving home from church, PM needed to go help a member of our ward, and I was tired, so we started a movie for AK and LK to watch. Instead of watching the movie we chose, LK grabbed the iPad and turned on CareBears on Netflix. This is how they were watching their show...

Love!!! 

Walk

We took Oscar and Ariel for a walk tonight. It was nice to get outside and enjoy some fresh air.

Fun Friday

Aunt SH's kids get out of school early on Fridays, so we've been doing a fun activity after they get out of school. Since it was raining today, we did an inside activity. We decided to decorate marshmallows and watch a movie. It was quite fun, and something we've never done before.
